WHAT I GOT FOR CHRISTMAS 2013: LIPSTICK HAUL!!
As you notice that i am starting to have my very own make up collection and usage since i am into it. Basically make-up is like an ornament in our body, but i could see it as beauty that enhance our faces. we may have flaws on it and with the help of make-up it helps us boost our CONFIDENCE.
My review for today is all about lipsticks that i have receive or what i bought around Christmas of 2013. These brands are having a big blast on its name in the market. These are: Maybelline Color sensational lipcolor, Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick and another Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain.

These are the lippies that i have receive except to the revlon just bitten since i bought that with my own money.

Now that i introduce them to you, we will review them one by one.
1. Maybelline Color Sensational Lipcolor in 435 Plum Perfect

This is one of the best gift that i have received so far in a lipstick. I could say that it really soothes my complexion well and also it didn't chap my lips too. When applied, this is how it looks:
It really soothes me with my complexion as you could see on my photo, and this claims to be having a crisper color and really have very pure pigments. I just have one coat of lipstick on my lips and tada!! it magically have a bold color. it doesn't transfer too as i was checking it by kissing the back of my hands. And there are no marks on it.! That's how amazing this lippie is!!another is that as you apply this on your lips it is creamy wise and the color is so rich and stunning, that is why it is called sensational.
This lippie doesn't claim to be long hour lasting but as i wear this to work i find it that it reach to about 8 hours approximate of not reapplying it (which my work by the way is 8 hours/day). The packaging is great too! It is made of purple plastic (the cover would also vary depending on what lipcolor would you choose from the shades that they have). Net weight is 4.2 grams.
One thing I didn't like about this is that it smells mud clay, but application wise it is good and doesn't chap my lips.
This lipstick have 68 captivating shades (that's a lot to choose from) and this would cost at approximately $7.49 (but this may vary depending on what color would you choose). When in Philippine peso this would cost for approximately Php 340.00.
2. Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in 028 Cherry Blossom

This one is on a family of reds. This is a good shade too! As i was applying this to my lips it is creamy and glides easily. it claims to infused the lipstick with mega-moisturizers to seal in color and softness which is true. This is how it looks when applied on your lips:
I think it is with a formulation of a sliky type lippie. it is so soft in the lips and glides smoothly as you apply them on your lips! its texture is very creamy and it doesn't chap your lips as you have it. It doesn't have a pungent smell (it is somewhat smell like a cherry candy). it glides evenly and last long for about 8 hours too! it has 82 shades in 4 fabulous finishes of Matte, Pearl, Creme, and Shine.And my lipstick is on the creme family. Regular Price would be: $4.99 - $7.99 depending on the finishes and shades. Philippine peso would cost roughly to about P225.00 - P360.00. Net weight 4.2 grams.
3. Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in 020 Lovesick Passionnee

This is one lipstick that i bought at Watsons store. it was on sale 50%, which was a good buy for me. original price was about P1,000.00, and i bought it for only P500.00 (that's how overpriced our lipsticks are in our place and country).
It is very pampering to the lips since as you apply it on your lips it glides easily and very pampering since it has a minty flavor and very soothing too. it doesn't chap my lips since it has a aromatic minty flavor which nourishes the lips. This is how it looks at when applied:
It is very smooth to the lips and it doesn't transfer as you try to pat it on the back of the hands. it is in a chubby crayon form. it has a flush of color that will last about 12 hours! it doesn't come off easily, since it stains your lips, and need to use make up remover to get off the lipcolor. this gel formula comes in 12 vibrant shades. It is retractable and no sharpener required when used. regular price is$6.49.00. In Philippine peso P292.05.
